We offer computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis and consultancy services to study and optimise the aerodynamic and hydrodynamic behaviour of products. Our capabilities include external aerodynamics and internal flow analysis, as well as fluid-structure interaction.

Thermal modelling and simulation

Thermal analysis services enable the behaviour of systems under various environmental conditions to be predicted. Comet Aerospace offers thermal modelling and simulation for the different operating phases of components and structures.

Our mechanism-related services focus on the design, analysis and validation of moving systems and assemblies for aerospace and defence applications. They include kinematic studies, load analysis, manufacturing and functional validation in accordance with standards such as ECSS-E-ST-33.

Conformity Verification services

Comet Aerospace provides Conformity Verification Engineer (CVE) services to aviation companies, offering independent technical expertise to support certification and verification processes with the competent authorities, including EASA and AESA.

Independent technical verification

CVE professionals act as qualified independent verifiers. Their role is to check that the design, analysis and documentation submitted for approval comply with the applicable airworthiness and certification regulations.

Their integration into the client’s certification process helps to streamline workflows, reduce certification-related risk and maintain regulatory compliance throughout the different phases of the project.

Manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing

Comet Aerospace offers MAIT services to support the entire aerospace hardware lifecycle, from manufacturing and assembly through to integration and testing.

Our capabilities include mechanical integration, cabling, inspection and comprehensive test campaigns, as well as functional and environmental testing. By combining rigorous processes with experienced staff, we ensure that every component and system meets mission requirements and is fully qualified to operate.

ISO 8 clean room

A 90 m² controlled environment

Comet Aerospace’s facilities include a 90 m² ISO 8 classified clean room for the assembly, integration and testing of sensitive space hardware. This environment makes it possible to maintain contamination control in line with the needs of the activities carried out.
